2. Data we process

We may process data you provide when contacting us, registering, or purchasing a membership: name, email address, message, access information, and data necessary to manage the contractual relationship. Payments are processed by payment providers; we do not store complete card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To respond to enquiries and contact requests.
• To manage enrolment, access, payments, invoicing, and student support.
• To send informational or commercial communications when consent or another legal basis permits it.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent use.

The legal bases are consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and, where appropriate, legitimate interest.

4. Providers

We use providers who may process data on our behalf to provide the service, including WordPress and its hosting provider, Teachable for the learning platform, Stripe or payment providers enabled by Teachable for payments, and MailerLite for email communications. These providers apply their own security measures and, where necessary, legal mechanisms for international data transfers.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and afterwards for the periods required by applicable law. Enquiry data not connected to a contractual relationship is reviewed periodically and may be deleted when no longer necessary.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, or portability by writing to nacho.almarche@gmail.com. You may also withdraw consent at any time. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
