Refunds and Cancellations

Membership cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your Teachable account or by writing to nacho@nachopiano.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

We want your experience to be positive. If you have an issue, a question about a charge, or believe the content does not match what was advertised, write to nacho@nachopiano.com, including the email used for purchase and the information needed to locate your subscription. We will review each case individually and respond as soon as possible.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer or user under applicable law. Where a right of withdrawal applies, the relevant period and conditions will be those provided by law.

Access after a refund

Where a refund is issued or an issue is resolved by returning payment, access to the membership and its associated digital materials may end.
